The Face of Arise Africa Ceo, has congratulated the Chief of Staff to the Governor of Imo State, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu on the honorary chieftaincy title of Ugwumba Oha Nile Mbaise, bestowed on him, by Mbaise Nation, on the Occasion of the Iri ji Mbaise, 2018.
