She holds a BSc degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Business Finance and Management from the University of Liverpool , United Kingdom(UK) and has numerous professional certifications such as Associate Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (ACIPM,) Chartered Institute of Corporate Mentoring and Coaching (CICMC) ,Member of Chartered Management Institute ,UK(CMI) and other workplace soft skills certification.
She is a recipient of Cherie Blaire Mentoring, UK (CBM) and also WIMBIZ (Women in Management, Business & Public Service.(Nigeria)

She is the lead consultant of Quantum Heights Consulting, a Human Capital Development and Management Consulting firm which offers Corporate training development for employees and business leaders, 1: 1 / group Coaching, Recruitment & Talent outsourcing and Business Strategy & Advisory to Financial & Non -financial sector, Private &Public sector, SMEs and other Corporate organizations.
She has over 15 years of work experience in the Private Sector (Financial Institutions) and Public Sector. She currently heads the Strategy and Budget Planning in Lagos Traffic Radio( 96.1FM)
She has participated in a number of Human capacity development trainings and seminars and has delivered an interactive and experiential workshops to various organizations such as Charms Nigeria Limited, Higher Life Assembly, Page Financials Limited, Sakey Engineering Ltd, amongst others.
