… as the Imo Serving Reps Caucus storm the venue together.. and in one voice sang the Dist Sen Hope Uzodinma loyalty song.

It was a historic display of political clout and legislative pedigree as the Imo caucus entered the venue of the screening, and the panel immediately attended to them .

Hon. Deacon Chike John Okafor PhD, Kpakpando Okigwe appearing before Panel D with his other colleagues from Imo State was accorded the full tradition reserved for an APC ranking and serving member— the successful screening marks the beginning of another glorious legislative outcome for Okigwe South.

But beyond the routine, insiders and supporters see His clearance as the formal launch of a glorious era and even a brighter political future: a groundbreaking fourth term of great legislative value.
Hon. Chike is on course to cement his status as one of the longest-serving and highest ranking, organic APC House members in the southeast,

“This is not just a screening—it is the beginning of a testimony,” an elated Okafor said after the session. He showered praises on the transformational leadership of His Excellency, Dist. Sen. Hope Odidika Uzodinma (Onwa Imo State), crediting him for building Imo State and its men.

Turning to his constituents, he declared:

“Please keep faith with me,my second and third terms as you know were marred by unecessary and avoidable litigations which kept me away from the green chambers at the inauguration of the 9th and 10th Assemblies in June,2019 and June,2023 respectively, let us make this one count and on time, and Ehime Mbano,Ihitte-Uboma,Obowo Federal Constituency will be the better for it,to the Glory of God.”

With the panel’s nod secured, the stage is now set for what loyalists are already calling a historic fourth-term march—one that promises continuity, experience, and unparalleled legislative value for Okigwe South Federal Constituency.
