UMUIKE LOWA COMMUNITY IN IHITTE UBOMA LOCAL GOVERNMENT AREA JUBILATES AS HON DEACON CHIKE OKAFOR DONATES 300KVA TRANSFORMER

Hon Dcn Chike Okafor, the Honourable member representing Obowo, Ihitte Uboma and Ehime Mbano in the Federal House of reps has continues to make prodigious strides, contributing greatly to the development of his immediate constituency.

As part of his constituency project the Honourable member has donated a 300KVA transformer to the people of Umuike Lowa community which has been on a blackout in recent time, in Ihitte Uboma local government area. The remarkable project which the people of the community have continue to celebrate, unendingly, due to the socour and it\’s significant bearing to their lives, is today standing tall as a distinctive project therefore, bringing them at par with the already benefited ones.

Honourable Deacon Chike Okafor while commenting on the flagship project, disclosed that he will continue to do his best in making sure that every community in Okigwe South enjoy dividends of democracy from him. He opined that since the essence of holding political office whether elective or appointive is to bring development to the people, that he won\’t relent in doing so in order to better the living conditions of his constituency and beyond, through the provision of social amenities and physical infrastructures whenever the opportunity comes.

It will be recalled that before becoming a House of reps member, a platform he\’s using to make history through the provision of all forms of development to his constituents and even  beyond, Honourable Deacon chike Okafor had given over Hundred (100) transformers to different communities in the three Local government areas of Okigwe South, during the period he held sway in the  state as commissioner for Finance, built schools, houses for indigent women, empowered thousands of men and women for trade, among others.
