Happy Birthday to Dr Linus Okorie, a shining Imo Star, my brother, my friend , The first elected President, Student Union Government Imo State University.  President, Guardians of the Nations International (a leadership development non-profit organization),
Managing Consultant New Vision Consults,
Visioner   Imo Nkeanyi Movement.

On this your big day I wish you many more prosperous years ahead. 2019 is your year to shine.

Congratulations for making the trip around the sun one more time

It is a narrative about a man who is hungry, passionate, visionary, a human leadership coach human capital development consultant and a trusted name in leadership excellence who is poised and ready to make a difference in Imo State come 2019.

He is still conquering!

His life story is inspiring, refreshing and scintillating.

An accomplished man who rose from the ashes of socio-economic limitations to become a towering testimony to fruits of hard work.

He is a trailblazer, an asset to our fatherland and a source of blessing to humanity.

Every chapter of Linus Okorie\’s sojourn on earth contains elegant description of a man who is poised to make a positive difference.

A description of a man who loves his people so dearly that instead of travelling  different parts of the world in speaking engagements, he has decided to answer the call to serve.

To love a nation is the call of the heart and only those who understands the need to answers it.

Writing on his life during our school days to me is like embarking on a reflective gaze, a surrealistic overview on our most beautiful days of life.

It was a period of building the block, the take off of this great leadership icon.

Imo State University, (IMSU, my alma mater) was where I meet him 20 years ago. Always polished, friendly, never noisy or rough. He was a pacesetter, visionary leader. He was into leadership development back then and is still  mentoring and raising leaders.

Socially, Linus was well adjusted and showed evidence of thorough grooming. He was one of the best dressed – always on suite and tie. He is a nice gentleman.

I must confess that I was fascinated watching Linus Okorie inspire students daily at the Love Garden. I could see how effortlessly he spoke. He commanded a lot of respect and strong fellowership.

We have continuously maintained close relationship. He is not just a friend, but has become a mentor, role model and a source of inspiration to me

Linus Okorie has been consistent in all that he does.

He puts smiles on the faces of many especially the downtrodden, his kindness knows no bounds, his generosity is limitless and his empathy towards the needy is exceptional.

He has equally contributed immeasurably to the human capital development of his community and other communities in Nigeria.

May I, on behalf of my family and entire members of Imo Nkeanyi Movement, heartily felicitate with you on your birthday.

I wish to seize this opportunity to thank God for  your life, and for giving you wisdom, good health, divine mandate to lead the people of Imo State to prosperity.

It is needless to say that you deserve our affection, honour and celebration by virtue of your hard work, resilience and selfless services.

As a dependable friend, brother and trusted ally, I have observed that you have maintained a steady rise in all aspects of life yet humble enough to carry everyone along.

I wish to commend you for embarking on the mission of transforming Imo at this time that our dear country is experiencing a downturn on economy, you have continued to inspire and give hope to our people.

Dear Linus Okorie,  we join your family, numerous friends and well -wishers to thank God for His mercies upon your life and wish you many more fruitful life as you continue to serve God and help humanity.
