SUBJECT: ONLINE MEDIA PRACTITIONERS ASSOCIATION OF NIGERIA IMO STATE CHAPTER WISHES IMOLITES, NIGERIANS AND THE WORLD A PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR
The Imo State chapter of Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria, OMPAN with a thankful heart to Almighty God for the gift of Life, wishes the good people of Imo State, Nigeria and the world over a prosperous and fulfilling New Year.
Just as we have crossed over to the new year 2020, so shall our hopes be renewed; our Crossing Over is for taking over, recovering and restoring our lost glory.
We pray God to continue to bless Imo state, Nigeria, and countries across the world as well as their leaders and cause the them to have a human face in all their dealings with the people in order to make the world a better place and 2020 a memorable year for all.
On celebration of a dawn of a new year, we enjoin Imolites in particular and Nigerians at large to eshew hatred and jealousy but be united, supportive to the growth of one another and as well loyal to the leaders to lead them aright.
In his new year message, the Chairman, Imo OMPAN, Mr Ikechukwu Anyanwu entitled \’Cheers To A Brand New Year Of Open Heavens and Great Opportunities\’ Anyanwu said;

\”In the year 2020, we will double our efforts and partnership with the Government by ensuring a fair and balanced reportage always\”
\”As members of the fourth Estate of the realm, let\’s militate against fake news and ensure Imolites are kept abreast with activities of the Government.\”
Imo OMPAN wishes the general public all the best in the new year and promises to be a bridge-builder between the government and the people, corporate organizations and her publics as it concerns and goes about professional reportage and giving voice to the voiceless in society.
