In our bid to have understanding with other part of the country to look into our agitation for Igbo president, 2023, yesterday was yet another remarkable day for all members of Eastern Nigeria People Assembly as our train took us to Ozara in Oru West for the inauguration of the LG and ward Excos.

It was quite an overwhelming number we had, as women trooped out in their colourful uniform to welcome us with their songs . 21 gun salute to add glamour was not left out.

The state Excos was led by Hon Inno Ekweariri , the state coordinator. Hon Ekwearir didn\’t hide his feelings of joy and satisfaction over the level of Organizing and turn out. He charged them to do more by moving into the boots to harvest the people in the rural areas.

We didn\’t go without meeting the Eze of the Ozara community in his palace. The welcome  was unassumingly warm. The Royal father who in his speech, expressed his satisfaction in our purpose of visit, saying, it is long over due for the Igbos to have risen to demand for their rights in dialogue with other regions for the mantle of the presidency.

It was luncheon at it\’s peak. Infact, we had an over feeding section with so much to drink.
