The Managing Director of Melan Consults & Projects Limited, Nicole Njoku is a first-class graduate of Political Science and International Relations from Valdosta State University, Georgia USA. She is a Masters’ degree candidate of Public Administration at Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service, New York University. She has acquired years of international experience in Human Resources consulting and is a member of the globally accredited Human Resources Chartered Institute (HRCI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).Â
Amongst all these, she has a Hospitality Management degree from Florida Atlantic University, Florida USA which enables her execute hospitality management projects and assignments effectively.Â
While she is a young and established businesswoman, she is also a social impact leader; the Founder of SOW Africa, Convener of LASP Nigeria and Director of The Shine Project, Nigeria. She has also consulted for state governments in the areas of hospitality/tourism policies, technology development, youths and girl child welfare initiatives. When she’s not working, she is touring and spending time with loved ones and has just recently hit 20 out of her 80 countries goal.
