Yesterday being the 8th of June 2023, the Chairman of CityGate Group of Companies Abuja, High Chief Duru Mike Ejiogu Onowu Anara Ancient Kingdom visited the office of one of his loyal sons, Comrade Achiever Darlington Onyelike who happens to be the Managing Director of Flames Real Estate Limited, extends hands of Joint Venture/Partnership with the Owerri based Real Estate Company.
During the visits, the chairman of CityGate Group Abuja after having inspected the offices at the Flames Real Estate white plaza was overwhelmed with the growth, progress and achievements of Flames Real Estate in a very short period. Chief Duru Mike Ejiogu during his speech making opened up that CityGate Homes Abuja have been acknowledging the Joint venture proposal from Flames Real Estate Limited but deemed it fit to ignore the proposal and was watching the reactions of his loyal son and also to see how far the Flames Real Estate can go before venturing into partnership with them to finance Projects and build new estates in Owerri metropolis initiated by Flames Properties on the joint ventured agreement legally binding. Chief stated “we have been getting your proposal from Flames Real Estate in regards to partnership cum Joint Venture but we intentionally ignored them, waiting for the right time and today I am convinced that the right time has come, CityGate Homes have now accepted the Joint Venture proposal and it shall be written by a lawyer and brought to my office in Abuja for implementation and signing – High Chief Duru Mike Ejiogu.
Chief Mike continued “I am very proud of you my loyal son and I am very pleased with all the boys I saw in your office working with you, that means you don’t want to grow big alone but you want so many young men to grow with you and that is very good. May God bless all of you and open more doors for this company in Jesus name, Amen.
Mr. Achiever Darlington Onyelike in his vote of thanks, appreciated his Boss, High Chief Duru Mike Mike Onowu Anara immensely how he has been helping the youths, even the youths he personally recommended to Chief, Darlington thanked Chief Mike for making out time from his busy/tight schedules to visit them and prayed for journey mercies as Chief returns back to Abuja.
