The organizers of Owerri Business Week have revealed that one of the key goals of the event this year is to create business owners who can compete favourably with others and also to build sustainable business. Providing a platform for networking

The event tagged ‘Build To Last’ will have successful CEOs mentor young and prospective business owners on the best ways to get things right and also achieve the desired growth in their businesses


The vision behind the event is to help establish start-ups in building sustainable business .

Speakers at the event include; Peter Obi, Ugochukwu Omeogu, Dr Chimezie Amadi, Engr Chidomere Ndubuisi, Obinna Ukachukwu, Ken Onyeali Ikps, Ikenna Okechukwu, and Sam Amadi.

The event put together by Bedrock Initiative will be taking place in phases in 7 days according to the organizers.

The organizers of Owerri Business Week have revealed that the Students’ Summit is free of charge, as they look to use the platform to capture a lot of young business-minded individuals to become either great CEOs at the moment or in the future.

However they said that the Saturday’s summit has a registration fee of Ten Thousand Naira N10,000, while the Sunday Masterclass has a One Hundred Thousand Naira N150,000 to Two Hundred Thousand Naira N200,000 registration fee tag.
