Girl Child Intitiative Speaking Engagement Summary By Mrs Jennifer Chinenyenwa Emma-Obadi, Founder of The Extraordinary Woman Academy.

What Is Vision?

Vision is the ability to think about and see your future with imagination and wisdom
Every great person and everyone who must achieve greatness must have a vision. Vision is a must, and you must learn to constantly think about and imagine your future and destiny.

Vision is one of the factors that will keep you focused and determine the outcome of your life. A visionless girl cannot attain greatness

My story: having vision from a very young age was one of the factors that kept me. I always saw myself doing what I’m doing right now from primary school.

Vision Determines A Lot Of Things In Your Life.

The vision you have about yourself will determine the following;
Vision determines what you do.
Vision determines the language you speak and how you speak.
Vision determines who your friend should be etc.

The honest truth is, achieving your vision will not just be a walk in the park. You will encounter so many barriers and obstacles.

However, not to worry as those barriers are not anything bigger than you

You will encounter barriers like:
Environment
Wrong mindset
Peer and family pressure
Finance
Family background and culture, especially as a female etc.

Here Are Eight (8) Keys To Break Barriers To Achieving Your Vision

1. Mindset shift

2. Education (knowledge)

3. Conviction  of identity(Confidence, self esteem,who are you )

4. Focus (focusing on  where you are going, constantly thinking and reminding yourself)

5. Turning your pain to purpose, and building a strong desire.

6. Find the right support (mentorship, association)

7. Resilience/ Dedication/ Commitment.

8. Supernatural Assistance.

I want to see most of you 10-25 years from now doing exploits and when I see you, you will say to me. Thank you Mrs Jennifer, your teaching at Girl Child Intitiative on October 11th 2024, changed my life.
