This inaugural event signals the start of a broader effort to provide essential meals to underprivileged individuals across Nigeria, with plans to reach all 36 states, including the Federal Capital Territory.

During a recent media briefing with the Online Media Practitioners Association of Nigeria (OMPAN) in Imo State, the Founder of Good Food For A Day Foundation; Elvis Chibuzor .C shared that the foundation’s mission is grounded in collective responsibility, understanding that tackling hunger and poverty requires the support and collaboration of many. The foundation aims to organize feeding programs every three to six months, moving across the country in alphabetical order to make a nationwide impact.

To support the upcoming launch, Good Food For A Day Foundation is actively seeking volunteers to join the team. Individuals available on Monday are invited to help distribute food in Owerri. The foundation also encourages content creators, video editors, bloggers, and social media enthusiasts to contribute their skills to extend the organization’s reach and amplify its impact.

Good Food For A Day Foundation welcomes support from the community, including ideas, prayers, and goodwill messages. The organization also seeks advocates to help increase engagement on its social media platforms, drawing a wider audience and potential sponsors.

“We believe that everyone deserves access to nutritious food, and we are committed to making a tangible difference in the lives of those less fortunate,” said Chibuzor. “We invite everyone to join us in this mission – whether by volunteering, spreading the word, or providing resources.”
