In appreciation of hardwork, dedication, support, trust and goodwill, the ebullient Member Representing Njaba State Constituency, Hon Chief Benneth Ozioma Worship Ebonine, has gifted the Director General Ezenkwori Foundation and immediate past Sole Administrator of Njaba local government area, Hon Obikaeze Anaemem, with a Toyota Camry 2.2.
Presenting the vehicle to the former Solad on Thursday 7th November 2024 at the Imo State House Of Assembly complex, Hon Chief Benneth Ozioma Worship Ebonine, Ezenkwori Njaba, said that the gesture was done in appreciation and reward for hard work, dedication, support, trust and goodwill of Hon Obikaeze Anaemem who demonstrated maximum support and sacrifice in ensuring His Excellency Governor Hope Uzodimma was delivered in Njaba local government area in the November 11, 2023 Governorship election.
Hon Ebonine, who is also the House Committee Chairman on Housing, further said that Hon Obikaeze Anaemem played major role in his election as House Member Representing Njaba State Constituency.
The presentation ceremony which attracted the presence of many stakeholders in the State, including the Speaker of the Imo State House Of Assembly, Rt Honourable Chike Olemgbe, Hon Kelechi Ofurum (Deputy Chief Whip), Hon Johnleoba Iheoha (Ikeduru lawmaker), Hon Bernard Ozoemelam (Ehime Mbano lawmaker), etc, witnessed the magnanimity of the vibrant lawmaker as he presented the vehicle to the recipient, Hon Obikaeze Anaemem.
In his commendation speech, the Speaker, Rt Honourable Chike Olemgbe, said he was not surprised by the act of love, compassion, kindness and appreciation shown by the Njaba lawmaker to the recipient, as he had previously shown such appreciation to his supporters. Rt Honourable Olemgbe thereafter called on other lawmakers to emulate the good heart and gesture of Hon Chief Benneth Ozioma Worship Ebonine.
The State Chairman of the Ruling Party, the All Progressives Congress, APC, Hon Sir MacDonald Ebere, who was represented by the State Organizing Secretary, Dr Iyke Umeh commended the Njaba lawmaker for his kindness and decision to reward hard work, dedication and loyalty.
Praying over the vehicle, the Executive Chairman of Njaba local government area, Hon Vitalis Obi (Etiokwe), appreciated Ezenkwori Njaba for his continued generosity despite the socioeconomic hardship being faced in the country.
Expressing immeasurable gratitude to the ebullient lawmaker, Ezenkwori Njaba, for his car gift, the recipient, Hon Obikaeze Anaemem pledged to continue to support the visionary leadership of His Excellency Governor Hope Uzodimma. He prayed God to continue to widen the political horizon of Ezenkwori Njaba, as he continues to live up to expectation.
In his vote of thanks, Hon Chief Benneth Ozioma Worship Ebonine, who also prides himself as “Ahaejiagamba” assured that others who played different roles in his emergence as a lawmaker would be appreciated in due course.
