The Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Ezinihitte Mbaise, Engr. Modestus Chijoke Njoku, has extended warm felicitations to all Catholic mothers in Ezinihitte Mbaise on the occasion of the 2026 Mother’s Day celebration.
In his goodwill message, Engr. Njoku commended the Catholic mothers for their unwavering commitment to family values, moral upbringing, and the spiritual growth of their homes and the wider community. He noted that mothers remain the backbone of society, playing vital roles in nurturing responsible citizens and fostering unity.
He further praised the dedication, sacrifices, and resilience of the Catholic Women Organization (CWO), describing their contributions to the Church and society as invaluable. According to him, their consistent efforts in promoting peace, charity, and development continue to inspire positive change across Ezinihitte Mbaise.
Engr. Njoku encouraged the mothers to remain steadfast in their faith and continue to uphold the virtues of love, humility, and service, which are essential for building a stronger and more harmonious society.
He also reaffirmed his commitment to supporting initiatives that empower women and improve the welfare of families within the local government area.
“On this special occasion, I celebrate all Catholic mothers for their strength, sacrifices, and dedication. May God continue to bless and reward you abundantly,” he stated.
