The Speaker, Imo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Paul Emeziem (Enyioha) led principal officers and members of the House to grace the constituency briefing and empowerment program of one of their owns, Hon. Eddy Obinna, member for Aboh Mbaise state constituency cum Deputy Chief Whip of the House.
The Speaker commended Hon. Obinna for his legislative ingenuity, humane disposition and robust contributions for the overall development and progress of the state, Aboh Mbaise more especially.
The Imo Chief Lawmaker equally appreciated the state governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma for providing the needed support for the state lawmakers to strive and render effective representation for their respective constituencies and state at large.
Rt. Hon. Emeziem also solicited the continued support of the Aboh Mbaise people and the entire Imolites to the 3R mantra government in the state, expressing optimism that the state would experience glorious things and days under the present administration.
He finally reiterated the commitment of the House under his leadership to offer effective services delivery to all Ndi Imo, irrespective of political party inclination, sentiments and societal class.
Highlights of the event include the presentation of the empowerment items which included cars, motorcycles, sowing machines, generators, wrappers among others; and the official commissioning of the Hon. Obinna\’s constituency office.
