The candidate of the Young Progressives Party, YPP for Abia Central Senatorial District in the 2023 general election, Chief Chuku Wachuku, has implored the people of Abia Central, Abians and Nigerians at large to keep hope alive amid daunting challenges.
Chief Wachuku who stated this in his November message on Tuesday titled, “There Is Hope At The End of The Tunnel”, made available to newsmen through his Chief Press Secretary, Mr. Jaja Martins, said though the country has not progressed as expected, there is hope at the end of the tunnel.
He reminded Nigerians of the enormous responsibility before them going into the 2023 general elections, stressing that 2023, presents a better opportunity for all Nigerians to correct the mistakes of past years by voting credible new people with vision to various offices, rather than voting for Serial Contestants, stressing that they had Nothing More to Offer after 23 years.
The YPP Senatorial Candidate for Abia Central, particularly urged Ndi Abia Central Senatorial District to keep hope alive as God has answered their supplications and will give them someone to lift the zone to the next level development, especially through:
- Family Economic Empowerment- Not Keke Empowerment
- Good and Sustainable Jobs for all – Not Rice
- Wealth Creation – Not gifts
And above all, transfer of power to the Next Generation!!!
He re-assured them that he will not renege on his promises of lifting the people out of poverty, reiterating that with their collective support now and at the polls proper, Abia Central Senatorial District will witness unprecedented turnaround.
In his words, Chief Wachuku said, ” I am using this opportunity to assure the people of Abia Central Senatorial District that there is hope at the end of the tunnel. We may not have gotten it right as a people all these years, but with our collective efforts and sacrifice, we shall give Abia Central Senatorial District a facelift”.
