I must confess that regardless of the accolades we are receiving in our own evaluation of our performances and challenges so far, what you have read and have seen before you today is not the best of us. We are not celebrating success, but rather our struggle and strengthening our courage to forge on. No matter how daunting the task is. We have always stood despite our challenges.  Our challenge is enormous and the very challenge of all Africans.   A close look at the comment of Mr Simple Ugorji revealed the following:
“When they move from Europe to Africa = Voyages of discovery
When we move from Africa to Europe =Illegal immigrants
A group f Africans in Europe = Refugees.
A group of Europeans in Africa = Tourists
A group of Africans in the bush = Poachers
A group of Europeans in bush = Safari
Black people working in a foreign country = Foreigners

VISION
In today\’s world, there is a quest among most young Christians to explore their talents and be identified as celebrities; but due to the non availability of a gospel music platform in Africa for self discovery, young Christians have become susceptible to the clarion call of alcoholic, sacrilegious, and lewd sexuality driven reality TV shows which leads to lots of social irresponsibility among young people in Nigeria, and Africa at Large.
It is for these reasons and many more that MFI Xquisite Koncepts Ltd., (a total production outfit specialized in public relations planning and execution, events planning/management) have come up with the Gospel Music Africa (GMA) reality TV competition.
GMA is the first of its kind and the biggest music reality competition in Africa. It is not a denominational spur, but an act towards inspiring and nurturing young, talented gospel singers in the spirit of true praise and worship, as we seek to celebrate Jesus the more.
It is a priestly obligation to herald the time for gospel singers and worshipers to be heard. We believe that through this; \”..The Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations\” of Africa. (Isaiah 61:11b)
For 8 weeks, 30 contestants from across Africa will come together in Nigeria to battle for the crown, (The KING or QUEEN of Gospel music in Africa).
Our Goal
Gospel Music Africa will present a unique contemporary innovation that will give hope, sooth hearts, and uplift God\’s royal banner in these days of uneven stress.
Gospel Music Africa will raise a generation of young people accustomed to godly values; integrity, honesty, self esteem, unity and passion for God.
Gospel Music Africa will encourage young Gospel music singers to stay in Gospel music and not abandon it for the so-called \”greener pastures\” in secular music.
Gospel Music Africa will cloud the music celebrity industry echelon with young gospel musicians that would serve as role models for the younger generation.
Gospel Music Africa would ignite the passion for a closer relationship with God, that will enable young people acquire the needed inspiration for the emancipation of African continent.
This laudable musical novelty will birth-in some level of ethical and social implications for true worshipers in Africa, because this is not just another singing competition, but also a spontaneous move to lead a re-consecration of all minds to God.
The great future calls. Don\’t miss!!!

5 DAYS COUNTDOWN TO UNVEILING OF ARISE AFRIKA: WHY DO YOU EXIST? … IT\’S MORE THAN A MAG.. IT\’S A REVOLUTION

Today I was privileged to share with Team Arise Afrika prelude to Unveiling proper which is 5 days from today,.
Lots of questions were thrown up and answered as we countdown to the this great event . The most important one is \”WHY DO YOU EXIST?\” amongst others.
As we count down to the unveiling it\’s important to note that this is more than a just a Mag, it\’s a revolution. Its a movement. It\’s definitely going to be out of this world. We will raise the beautiful continents of Africa one information at a time.
The pride and center of Heartland has never known anything like  this. Do well to witness it fist hand. Epoch making, paradigm shifting and trail blazing event like this is better experienced than told.

Below  was shared with Team Arise Afrika. Join us for a robust intellectual experience at Rockview Hotels on Sat 26th November 2016. Time 12 noon prompt.

WHY DO YOU EXIST

\”It\’s not death that most people are scared of. It is getting to the end of life. Only to discover that you never truly lived. According to a motivational speaker \” There was a study done of 130 elderly people on their sick bed. Facing death, close to their last breath. They were asked to reflect about their life\’s biggest regret. Nearly all of them said, they regretted not the things they did but the things they didn\’t do. The risks they never took. The dreams they didn\’t pursue. I ask you would your last words be \” If only I had…\”
Hey you …\”WAKE UP\” why do you exist. Life is not meant to simply work wait for the weekend and pay rent. I don\’t know much but I know this, everybody in this world has a gift. And I apologize to the black community. But I can no longer pretend. Martin Luther King? That man never had a dream. THAT DREAM HAD HIM. People dont choose dreams. Dreams chose them. So the question am getting to is do you have the courage to grab the dream that picked you. That befits you that grips you r will you let it get away and slip through.

You know I learnt a fact about airplane the other day. Now this was so surprising. I was talking to a pilot and he told me many of his passengers think planes are dangerous to fly in but he said it is more dangerous for plane to stay on the ground. I said, \”What? Like, how does that sound?\’ well he said because on the ground the plane starts to RUST, MALFUNCTION and WEAR out more faster that it ever would if it was in the air. As I walked away, I thought \”yeah makes total sense\” because Planes were built to stay in the skies. And every person was built to live out the dream they have inside. So it is, perhaps the saddest loss to live the life on the ground without ever taking off.
See must of us are afraid of the thief that comes in the night to steal our things. But there is a thief in your mind who is after your dreams his name is doubt. If you see him call the cops and keep him away from the kids. Because he is wanted for murder. For he has killed more dreams than failure ever did. He wears many disguises and like a virus, will leave you blinded, divided and turn you into a \”kinda\”. See Kinda is lethal, You know what a kinda is , there is a lot of kinda people. You kinda want a career change. You kinda want to get straight As. You kinda want to get in shape. It\’s a simple match no numbers to crunch. If you kinda want something.then you will kinda get the results you want. What is your dream? What ignites that spark? You can\’t kinda want that. You gotta want it with every part of your whole heart. Will you struggle? Yeah, yeah. You will struggle. No way around it. You will fall many times but who is counting. Just remember there is no such thing as a smooth mountain. If you want to make it to the top then there are sharp ridges that must be stepped over. There will be times you get stressed and things you get depressed over but let me tell you something. Steven Speilberg was rejected from film school three times. Three times, but he kept going. The television executives fired Oprah Winfred that she wasn\’t fit for TV but she kept going. critics told Beyonce that she couldn\’t sing. She went through depression but she kept going. STRUGGLE & CRITICISM are prerequisites for greatness. That is the law of this universe and no one escapes it. Because pain is life. But you can choose what type. Either the pain on the road to success or the pain of being haunted with regret.
Do you want my advice, don\’t think twice. We have all been give a gift and that is called life so don\’t blow it. You are not defined by your past. Instead, you are born anew in each moment. So own it NOW. Sometimes you got to leap and grow your wings on the way down. You better get the shot off before the clock runs out. Because ain\’t no overtime in life. No do over and I know I sound like I\’m preaching or speaking with force But if you dont use your gift you sell not only yourself but the whole world. So what invention do you have buried in your mind. What idea, what cure, what skill do you have inside to bring out to this universe? Uni = One Verse= Song. You have a part to play in this song. So grasp that microphone and be brave. Sing your heat out on life\’s stage. You can not go back and make a brand new beginning.  But you can start now and make a brand new ending.

Business Sense and Thinking Beyond You

Business Sense and Thinking Beyond You.
It\’s ok to be seek for personal gains and fame of your firm but it\’s of utmost importance that every entrepreneur or would-be entrepreneur  should think about his chosen business or initiative more as a gift to the entire world which he or she has been made a custodian of rather than just an idea for personal aggrandizement.
This is a mindset of big-time business people and inventors.  It\’s far better to start in time to think of how the world can benefit from what you have to offer rather than centering your thoughts on what the world has to offer to benefit from what you have.
When your business sense primarily focuses on adding value before taking value from society,  then you will make decisions that will stand the test of time and test of greed.

Secondly you must have to think beyond your time.  What will become of the firm you are building in the next 20 year,  then the next 50 years,  then the next 100 years.
Is your business just to exist as long as you live or will it continue for generations to come?
Thinking in this perspective will enable you frame your firm around certain core values and objectives that will stand firm in winds and in storms.
For a business or brand to last for decades  or centuries after the founder is gone,  one major value it must be built on us integrity.
Integrity is forged in the fire of truthfulness and consistency.  Truth can be buried, attacked,  libelled, slandered against,  kicked and ridiculed but at the end of all these,  truth will still survive and will become stronger and shine brighter each time.
By consistency,  I don\’t mean remaining stagnant on outdated ways of doing things.  I mean,  if you are known for making the best bread is town,  don\’t ever make good bread.
Another major value a business that will thrive beyond you must have is Satisfaction of all clients (as much as possible).  One fully satisfied client is better than 10 unsatisfied clients… In the long run.
This is very important to take note of especially for young entrepreneurs who might be lucky to get overwhelmed by rush of clients at the beginning of their business.
They might rush the job or deliver goods that are not satisfactorily done all in the bid to attend to all the customers in a short time and seemingly prove your speed.
In as much as speed of completion is complimented,  it is better you take your time to deliver a satisfactory or even excellent service or good than to rush and deliver something the client will frown at.
Recap:
Make sure your business is built to serve the masses first before serving your bank account.  But remember your bank account also.
Map out value system that can ensure your business will last beyond you.  That\’s if you deem it necessary.  You can start with building the business around integrity.

The Jamb registrar regretted that despite the developments, Imo State has only three universities while Ogun and Osun states had 14 and eight,

The JAMB chief said the state’s free education programme might be the reason for its unbeatable record in JAMB applications in the last five years.
HE urged Okorocha to encourage the establishment of private universities in the state. Okorocha assured that the state would sustain its free education programme  at all cost. Adding that more resources would be provided for the sector.
